Couples Therapy

Relationships have a unique way of revealing more about who we are and how we have learned to be with those close to us. 

However, such revelations can feel rather exposing and distressing to navigate without guidance.

I provide a minimum of 10 In-Person Couples Therapy sessions that are designed to be open and holding as you explore vulnerable areas safely. You can make changes to improve the quality of your relationship, i.e. learning to efficiently communicate, resolve conflict, and reach a state of synergy through our work. 

You may wish to revive the sexual and emotional connection between you and your partner(s) but need direction on how to begin. Or perhaps you have just started a new relationship together/encountered a life-changing transition that have you wishing to learn each other's love language and become closer. 

It could be that you have reached a gridlock in your relationship where neither party agrees on a solution or betrayal and infidelity has divided you beyond repair. 

Or perhaps ending things may be the only option left for you and you wish to depart in an amicable and gentle way. 

With my therapeutic support, you can trace how you came to be where you are in your relationship and decide what is best together, whether that is to make space for an ending that values your time spent together or start again with new commitments to each other.
